You can automatically e-mail schedules to your employees.
Our Excel spreadsheets are offered around the world at the Microsoft Office Marketplace in the United States, Canada, Great Britain and  Australia.
If you are tried of spending way too much time and energy creating your employee schedules with a pencil and paper or with an inadequate scheduling program, but are not ready to invest the time and money for an enterprise scheduling/HR/payroll/etc program, you have come to the right place.   We provide reasonably-priced scheduling solutions in the form of Excel spreadsheets. Our programs are in the "sweet spot" of cost and performance, providing the most "bang-for-the-buck" of any scheduling application you can find. They are easy to learn and easy to use, yet provide you with everything you could want in a personnel scheduler.
Don't Know Excel? No problem. We include "Excel for Beginners" instructions on the FAQ sheet in each spreadsheet to get you started. Click here to see what it looks like.

We provide several different spreadsheets for different scheduling applications. Our most popular spreadsheet is used to create fixed schedules or pattern (template) based schedules for up to 52 weeks. Shifts are typically 8 or 12 hours, but can be of any length that you need. Manufacturing plants, police departments and other businesses that require shift staffing on a regular basis using a regular pattern of shifts and days off use this scheduler.

We also provide several different spreadsheets for creating various types of flexible schedules for businesses that need greater flexibility in defining shifts and assigning people to those shifts. Some of these spreadsheets can be used to assign your people to daily shifts while others are designed for assigning your people to daily tasks and yet others can be used to assign both shifts and tasks to your employees. Some can assign only a single shift or task each day while others allow you to assign multiple shifts or tasks.

Several of our spreadsheets have been created for specific applications and are included in the Specialty Scheduling Spreadsheets category. Some of our flexible schedulers can also be used for some of these special applications. For example, our Series 16S spreadsheets are ideal for scheduling agency nurses, but are so versatile, they are not included in the specialty schedulers category.

Our Excel spreadsheets come in various sizes to fit your scheduling needs.

You can easily create work schedules for your employees with just the Microsoft Excel Software and a basic understanding of Excel.

With a spreadsheet-based scheduling program, as opposed to an installed windows program or a database type program, all of the scheduling information is readily available and clearly displayed in the spreadsheet.

Another advantage is that Excel spreadsheets do not require you to install new software on your computer risking corruption of your current programs.

A lot of people have told us that they are not comfortable with web-based scheduling programs located on a server in I-don't-know-where managed by I-don't know-who with I-don't-know-what type of security. We have often heard: "They expect us to put a lot of private information about our employees on a computer that we have no control over. No thanks."
As Iris told us the other day, "If hackers can break into major financial institutions and steal credit card numbers, I don't feel save putting my employee information on a remote server somewhere out there in the ether."
