We will schedule your employees and send
you a customized template for a modest one-time fee.

Most businesses have a schedule that has worked for them in the past, but if you are
here, you are probably thinking of changing your employee schedules
and could use some help putting a new one together. You may be adding
staff, reducing staff or thinking about going from 5 days a week to 6
or 7 days a week. In any case, your old schedule will not work and you need to
replace it. |
Our Scheduling Templates are very
useful for 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts for 5, 6 or 7 days a week if you
need the same number of people working each day of the week. However,
if your staffing requirements are not that regular and you need a
different number of people each shift and each day, you can have us create a customized scheduling template for you to use in making your
employee schedules.
Usually the templates have a 1 week
pattern of shifts and days off for you to use to create your
schedules. You can use the patterns in one of our
Series 3
Template Schedulers to create schedules for up to
52 weeks or you can use them in a spreadsheet of your own design. You
may even consider using a word processing program to construct your
schedules if you are more comfortable using that type of software. |
| All you need to do is to
download this form, fill
it out, and e-mail it to tell us about your scheduling needs. We will
then communicate with you about the price (usually less than a hundred
dollars) and any questions that we may have and upon your approval, create the customized schedule
template and send it to you. |
| If you want, we can run several
different scenarios for you with various shift lengths, staffing
levels and weekly shift patterns. If you would like us to do this,
send a message telling us about the scenarios that you are interested
in and we will provide you with a proposal. |
| We can also create templates to
rotate your employees through a different task each day or your
security guards through different posts each day. |
