Why do I need this spreadsheet scheduler

You can schedule students and others who are available only during certain hours of the day to just the portions of the shifts they are available to work and qualified to perform without making any mistakes.

It's so easy to use

You just need to list your employees, their qualifications and their daily availability in up to 6 time-blocks each day along with your shift information and the number of people you need to fill each shift each day of the week. Then, after you have specified the scheduling increment to anything between 1 minute and 24 hours you assign employees to portions of shifts each day using drop-down menus that have only the names of people who are available during that time increment.  A total of 48 time increments are available for scheduling each day so if your business is open 24 hours a day you can schedule each 30 minute period if necessary.

It shows you exactly what you need to know to manage your business

A master schedule is created showing all assignments to all employees that you can sort and filter to display just the information you need and another output show who is assigned to each shift each day during each of your time increments. Daily hours assigned to each person is reported along with their wages including any overtime so you can easily track your payroll budget.

It tells your employees all they need to know about their schedules

A schedule showing time increments assigned during the week is produced for each employee that can be automatically e-mailed to inform them when they need to work each week.
