Group schedules and task schedules show clearly who is assigned each task each day and a QuickBooks connection allows you to use your scheduling information for employee payroll and client billing.

It tells your employees all they need to know about their schedules

Individual employee schedules can be printed and distributed or automatically e-mailed to your employees to inform them of their daily assignments and a calendar file is created showing the tasks assigned to an employee that can be imported into their Microsoft Outlook Calendar and to their PDA or Smart Phone so they will have their weekly schedule readily available.
