The Multi-Task Schedulers assign multiple tasks or clients to your employees each day of the week. These spreadsheets are favored by businesses where employees need to visit several clients or perform several tasks each day.

You simply specify the task names and start and stop times, indicate which employees are qualified to perform each task, indicate the hours each employee is available each day, and then assign tasks to employees one day at a time for one week. Task assignments are made from Drop-Down Menus of available employees and once someone is assigned to a task, his or her name will be removed from the menus for any overlapping tasks.

This program guarantees that you will never forget to assign a daily task and that you will never assign anyone to overlapping tasks. It is a lot easier than the "put the names on a calendar with a pencil" approach. And it certainly is a lot more fool-proof than any other hand scheduling you may be doing now.

Daily staffing charts show at-a-glance, the times each person is busy throughout the day. And the spreadsheet keeps track of daily and weekly labor hours assigned to each employee.

The program interacts with QuickBooks Pro to transfer employee timesheet information for use in client invoices and employee payroll.

Individual employee schedules are created along with a master schedule so you see at a glance which people are assigned to each task each day. The program also produces task schedules showing who is assigned to each task each day.

This spreadsheet is being used by several hundred franchisees of a nation-wide company to schedule employees to client in-home care visits. Many of the features of these spreadsheets have been developed to fill the scheduling needs of the hundreds of franchise users. The Quick Books Pro connection allows them to seamlessly transfer employee and client information for payroll and client invoices and other features allow them to easily add and delete employees and clients while keeping track of existing client/employee relationships.

Yes, the Multi-Task scheduler is that good. It just won't let you miss a client or assign one of your caregivers to more than one client at a time.
