Schedule and Track Job Tasks in Hourly or Daily Increments
|
Why do I need this spreadsheet scheduler
|
This spreadsheet can
track the progress of tasks for several simultaneous processes in hourly
or daily time increments showing you the current status of each process
in real time while allowing you to reschedule tasks as required to
accommodate your priorities where a "process" can be either a line in a
manufacturing plant or an employee working on numerous projects.
|
It's so easy to use
|
You simply list
your process tasks and their duration and specify the start time for the first
task. The scheduled start and stop times for all future
tasks are automatically
calculated and updated each day depending on their place in the queue. Up
to 10 different processes with up to 20 different
consecutive tasks can be tracked and rescheduled as
necessary. A "process" can be a process line in a
manufacturing plant where products go through several
steps in their manufacture or it can be an employee who
needs to perform several consecutive tasks for one or
more clients.
|
It shows you exactly what you need to know to manage your
business
|
The status of the tasks for each process is displayed
and updated constantly to show you the progress of each
one and since you can change the duration of the tasks
and the order in which they are performed you can easily
manage your manufacturing lines or employees to
accommodate last minute changes and new rush jobs while
seeing the effect of those changes on all of the tasks.
|
It tells your employees all they need to know about their
schedules
|
The start and stop times are shown for each task in
each process so in the case where the process is an
individual they will know exactly when they need to
start and finish each task.
|
It will save you time and money every week
|
Using this scheduler instead of your typical paper
and pencil method or outdated scheduling program or a
spreadsheet that somebody put together a few years ago
saves you a great deal of time and since it is so
easy to create and manage your schedules you will
save money every week and before you know it the small
price you paid for the spreadsheet will be repaid many
times over.
