Daily Crew Maker for Multiple Daily Jobs
Why do I need this spreadsheet scheduler
You can create work crews for daily jobs using employees in different groups (foreman, skilled, apprentice, etc.) with unique skills (carpenter, plumber, etc.) and assign them to your various jobs.
It’s so easy to use
Simply input your groups, skills and employees and assign each employee to a group and to one or more skill. Then go to your daily job scheduling sheets and assign people with the required skills to various jobs using drop-down menus of qualified employees. The menus are configured such that an employee can be assigned to only one job per day eliminating the possibility of assigning someone to multiple jobs per day. You can schedule up to 2 weeks at a time and macros are provided to save past week schedules and to move future (week 2) assignments into the current week (week 1) making this a perpetual scheduler.
It shows you exactly what you need to know to manage your business
A two week matrix shows which employees have been (and have not been) assigned to a job each day letting you know the extra people you have each day. A master schedule shows all employees and the job they are scheduled for each day and individual job schedules show the people assigned to that job each day along with their group and skill. The individual job schedules can be automatically e-mailed to up to 3 designated people.
It tells your employees all they need to know about their schedules
Individual employee schedules showing all job assignments for 2 weeks can be printed and distributed or automatically e-mailed to your employees so they will know exactly where they need to go each day.
