Why do I need this spreadsheet scheduler
This scheduler is great for staffing agencies that provides nurses to work various shifts at several hospitals or other locations each day and need to consider nurse availability for each shift each day and want to keep track of who booked the nurse and if the booking is pending or final.
It’s so easy to use
You just need to list your nurses and indicate what days and shifts they can work and then list the various hospitals or other locations that you support. Then as calls come in to book the nurses you can go to your scheduling sheets and assign nurses to 8 or 12 hour shifts using the drop-down menus showing only those nurses available for the shift.
It shows you exactly what you need to know to manage your business
As you make assignments you will be notified if you have assigned someone to overlapping shifts at any location thus preventing you from double booking your people. Schedules are produced for each hospital or other location showing who is assigned to each shift each day that you can send to them and/or use for reference when you need to look up that information. And, a master schedule is created to show you all assignments at all locations each day so you can quickly find the assignments when you need to answer scheduling questions.
