You can schedule buses and drivers to a morning and an afternoon route for picking up and dropping off your students each day for a month.
It’s so easy to use
You simply list your drivers names, qualifications and scheduled vacations along with your buses and route names and the time each route starts and stops each day. Then you assign buses and drivers to each route each day for up to a month using drop-down menus of qualified employees. You will be warned if you schedule someone to a route outside of their normal working hours or to someone on vacation.
It shows you exactly what you need to know to manage your business
A calendar is generated showing the times each employee is scheduled to work each day and a shift report shows who is scheduled for each route and bus each day for the selected week. A macro is provided that automatically saves the weekly shift report to a new workbook so it can be saved as a record of route assignments for future reference.
It tells your employees all they need to know about their schedules
A group schedule is created showing the route name, bus and route times assigned to each driver for a week that can be printed and distributed or automatically sent by e-mail to your drivers.
