School Bus and School Classroom Scheduling

Two of our spreadsheets are designed specifically for scheduling students to classes and scheduling drivers to school buses and routes.

The classroom schedulers can be used to schedule up to 600 students and 60 teachers to 60 different subjects for 8 class periods per day and produce student schedules, teacher schedules and class rosters that can be printed or automatically e-mailed to your students, teachers and school administrators. The school bus schedulers can be used to assign up to 300 drivers and 300 buses to as many as 500 different routes each day for a month with each driver allowed two assignments per day. Various output calendars and schedules can be printed or automatically sent by e-mail to your drivers showing daily bus and route assignments.
